Meet Charlotte, the face behind the business. She started her journey in 2020 and went full-time in 2021. With her hard work and dedication, she has created a clientele and formed lasting friendships. Charlotte is proud of what she has achieved so far. In 2022, she got married, and in 2023, she welcomed her daughter into the world. Although she has faced mental health challenges since then Charlotte is working through them and is now thriving in both her business and motherhood.
Our Approach
Unwind with us for an indulgent treatment; In our massage we use luxury Espa pre-blended oils. We offer a bespoke service and use specific blends for your individual needs, you can also discuss with our therapist what part of your body needs more attention and which needs less. In our facials we use Tropic Skincare, high quality skincare products with all natural ingredients. Before the treatment we require clients to complete forms so that their treatment is completely personal to them.
At Charlotte's Relax Therapy we don't cut down your service time like other spa companies, we are happy to give you the time you deserve and have paid for. The longer your treatment, the more you save. We have been named the best massage* in the area, find out for yourself!

We are located inside Charlotte's property. We've made the room exceptionally relaxing, with black out blind, relaxing music, signature scent and unique lamp. This space is specifically made to help clients feel relaxed, calm and safe. This area is perfect for clients who prefer a more intimate experience. Included in the price are refreshments made by a Costa coffee ex-barista, so you're getting a complimentery professional coffee of your choice!**Coffee and Tea is usually served during more casual treatments such as pedicures and manicures. If interested in a hot beverage after a Facial or Massage then please don't hesitate to ask.
